Das Zauberwort hieß photelektrischer Effekt, mit der Umwandlung der Sonnenenergie in elektrische Energie durch ein Halbleitermedium, speziell Silizium.

In Mitteldeutschland entstanden umfangreiche Kapazitäten an Solarfabriken zur Fertigung von Solarzellen und -modulen für Photovoltaik- und Solarthermieanlagen. Die Nachfrage nach qualifizierten Fachkräften für diesen neuen Industriezweig stieg sprunghaft an.

Nachgefragt wurden Arbeitskräfte für den gesamten Wertschöpfungsprozess in der Solarwirtschaft, sowohl in der Industrie, als auch im Handwerk und in den verschiedensten Dienstleistungsbereichen.

Das conflict der Zeitpunkt, als unter meiner Federführung erste Lehrgangskonzepte für die Qualifizierung, d.h. castle- und Weiterbildung, von Fachpersonal für diesen Wirtschaftszweig entstanden. So habe ich begonnen, in meiner Freizeit einzelne Lehrgangsmodule zu schreiben und einem Bildungsträger kostenfrei zur Verfügung zu stellen. Nichtahnend, dass für das Unternehmen daraus ein großer kommerzieller Erfolg wurde und die Programme marktseitig konkurrenzlos blieben. Aus ersten Modulen ist innerhalb kurzer Zeit ein ganzes process aus modular aufgebauten Lehrgängen entstanden. Aus dem anfänglichen pastime wurde somit eine Berufung. [...]
